Participants will engage in a series of short\, timed conversations\, rotating to meet multiple mentors/mentees. The session will include an introduction\, speed rounds\, and a wrap-up for reflection and networking. The goal is to help participants find potential mentors and initiate ongoing mentorship relationships. Experienced mentors willing to take on new mentees will be invited to sign up for the event in advance. Participants can sign up for a mentorship program at the end of the session. \nPart of McMaster’s 2026 Operational Excellence Forum.
